Zoom Basics - 2020-03-10 - Shared screen with speaker view
Question: Is there a way to set up a practice meeting, with no participants (or dummy participants). So one can experiment with the various tools/features?
Is it possible to turn on captions that capture what the presenter is saying for students who need them? For example students who are deaf or have any type of hearing impairment
If you set up a recurring meeting, say for a regular class, is there a different meeting ID for each session?

Yes, close captions can be turned on, but you have to designated someone in the meeting to be a captioner.
Recurring meetings have the same ID. For example, I setup recurring Zoom meetings for these sessions and all the meetings have the same ID>
Could you explain more how to designate someone as a captioner?
